Johnson Matthey is a leading refiner of precious metals and manufacturer of fine chemicals and process catalysts. Our major manufacturing and development facility at Royston, near Cambridge manufactures chemicals and catalysts for industrial, pharmaceutical and research customers worldwide. We are seeking well-motivated first degree or PhD Chemical Engineers or Chemists with subsequent Chemical Engineering qualifications. Good interpersonal team working and practical skills are essential. Some experience of modelling or on-line analytical techniques will be useful.

Successful candidates will work in a Process Technology or Technical Support function, developing new processes as a multidisciplinary team, developing new products, transferring technology to production and improving the capability of existing processes.
